Sources learned on 22nd Jan. that a singer, Nakashima Mika will appear in a Hollywood movie, "Biohazard V" which is to be released 14th Sep.
She plays an "Undead" (zombie) following the previous film. Nakashima who had challenged a battle scene against Milla recently in Toronto says, "I enjoyed the shooting, as everything was very new to me." The director, Paul W.S. Anderson and Milla talked favorably that they'd like to work with Mika again in the future.

It was a tremendous impact. Mika attacks Milla splattering blood from her mouth. And continues to kick and punch with a fierce groan. Then she counter-attacked with chains. "I desperately struggled. But I enjoyed very much."
The experienced staff of Hollywood burst into applause at her realistic acting.

She appears as a "J-Pop girl", same as the previous film. This time, we can enjoy her acting with Milla, though we couldn't before. Mika talks, "I already felt it was a miracle to be able to appear in Biohazard 4, so I was very surprised to hear their offer. I was looking forward to this shooting, but on the other hand, I was worried that if I was good enough for I don't speak English."

The shooting was held in Toront for four days including make-tests and rehearsals. A big trailer was prepared for her next to Milla's. To see the "Hollywood-style" luxurious treatment consisting of a reception suite, a bed room and a shower, Mika was wide-eyed with surprise, "I could live there! It was a precious experience."

The shooting at the open-air set of replicated Shibuya-intersection lasted from evening until next morning. She played getting drenched with rain in freezing temperatures.

She did her first action scene impressively. The staff praised highly, "She learns quickly."
She says, "They told me to do it on the basis that I couldn't deny. So I had to do it. My body already ached in rehearsals, but I like moving..."
She got along just fine with Milla. "Milla was really sweet and always cares about me. Sometimes she gave guidance about performing, and sometimes encouraged me to hang tough in the cold. Thanks to Milla, I could concentrate myself even in an unfamiliar field."

It seems everything was fresh and exciting for her. "I really enjoyed. Another film?... Sure, if I'm good enough." says in a motivated tone. "Mika Nakashima" got deeply involved with the attractiveness of Hollywood film.

This is Deka.
We had a photo shooting today.
We started in the morning. It was so cold that we had been putting a heater on.
But when we finally got warm, we had to move to the next studio. We ran in the cold air.

But the shooting went smoothly, and ended 2 hours ahead of schedule.
Mika received a bouquet from the shooting staff.
I will let you know what it was at a later date.

I'm sorry for being very late. Happy New Year.
I appreciate your continuing support for Nakashima Mika this year.

Many things happened in 2011. I think it was indeed a tumultuous year.
