JAPAN EXPO 11 est une convention principalement basée sur la japanimation/mangas, mais cette convention concerne aussi la Jmusic.
A cette occasion, le staff de JAPAN EXPO a ouvert cette année, un sondage que voici :

It would be nice to see Mika perform in France, but although I said I would want to see HER, I know that people like Ayumi are ten thousand times more likely to make it.

If Mika was to perform, I would totally go to see her. I couldn't miss it, especially with those cheap EU plane tickets.

I don't think Ayumi would come anyway, it's during her nation tour
But if Mika's name appears on the list, they might invite her with a little bit of luck, afterall, she was NANA and we all know how big NANA was in France ;)
And I'm sure Mika would love to come to Paris, fashion addict she is :)
